DONT BUY FROM APOLLO 247 app. Worst App I have ever seen. Full of glitches. Irresponsible customer support and grevince cell. 1st order: they promised to delivery it in 3 hrs but agent cancelled it after 6 hrs saying it will not be feasible for me to delivery. It’s far away from store. My question was why it has been assigned to 10-15 km away store even there are 2 stores near me within 500m range. And surprisingly product was available at the nearby store as after there cancellation I bought the products from that nearby store. 2nd order: they have delivered incomplete order. Customer support and grevience cell is not at all supportive. In first call, they asked for product images. In second call, they asked for physical bill, I don’t understand why they need physical bill, even all the information along with bill is available in app and with backend team. Also, when I asked for ETA, they became completely ignorant and told me that we can not provide you with any ETA. And one more interesting thing, Apollo 247 is sending me ticket closure mail for every update. When I told them about the same, then they started asking for mail screenshot and one executive is making compulsory for my ticket resolution. Seriously, now they need customer help for bug resolution otherwise not going to resolve your issue. Now it has been 5 days for my issue but there is no update from backend team of Apollo 247.

I recently placed an order and was informed through the app that it would be delivered in two days. However, the app and messages kept stating that the order was out for delivery and would arrive by 11 pm. This continued for the next seven days, resulting in a week's delay. During this period, I repeatedly contacted customer service to inquire about the status of my order. They consistently lied, assuring me that the order would be delivered that day. When I asked to cancel the order, they informed me that cancellation was only possible by rejecting the order at my doorstep—a scenario that seemed impossible as they had no intention of delivering it. Apparently, the company has no mechanism to cancel an order placed on their site. Frustrated, I decided to file a complaint with the grievance officer and requested the order to be canceled. He assured me that it had been canceled and that I would be notified the same day, with a refund issued within 48 hours. Now, 48 hours have passed, and neither has the order been canceled nor has the refund been processed. This company is utterly fraudulent with the most incompetent customer service. Do not believe them when they redirect you to another person, promising resolution. Even if the final resolver is the CEO or owner, they will only waste your time. I now have no way to resolve this issue, and my money has effectively been stolen by this firm. This has been the worst experience ever.

I use this to book appointments and buy medicines. On the whole, for both purposes it is good. However, I found that the app is not showing some doctors when asked for nearby doctors in spectra. Medicine supply is very fast and I am extremely happy. However, the layout can be improved. And there is an irritating notification that my profile is being set up whenever I open the app. Unless I dismiss it, I can’t go into the app. For return of medicines, I think they give the window for 48 hours. In my case, the delivery was fine but when I opened the strip after four days, the tablet inside has all of its top layer peeled. When I called and told them that the medicine they supplied is of inferior quality and need to be taken up with the company and DGCI, the telecaller simply refused to entertain the complaint saying that it has crossed 48 hrs. Finally, I had throw the total strip. What is pertinent is we as patient cannot be expected to open the strip and see all tablets. Further, my complaint is a matter of concern. I guess there should be a proper escalation level. Hence, four stars. Otherwise, it deserves five star.
