Netmeds - India Ki Pharmacy

I was recommended this app and my first order was delivered successfully. However, since then I’ve placed multiple orders to the same Bengaluru address, and none have been delivered. Each time, customer care gives excuses, despite the address being well within city limits. I end up calling daily to follow up, but Netmeds seems to have no control over its delivery process, and customer care often misleads to escape responsibility. Although the estimated delivery time is 2 days, my orders are repeatedly returned after 7 days. I’ve placed the same item 3 times over 21 days, yet it still hasn’t been delivered.

Compared to earlier this is better, more choice to pay & simpler prescription service, what more is needed. Earlier there was a wallet service dunno there are changes to it, lets see keep learning & move on, save money is also most imprtnt
