They quote the medicines will be delivered in 60 minutes. After three hours they open a ticket for medicines not being delivered and ask for us to wait 24 hours for resolution. The resolution 90% of the times is that the logistics team said the area was not serviceable. If the area is not serviceable wouldn’t the logistics team know it before hand, or do they always get to work after the order is out for delivery. I have faced this issue 4 times so far. And it’s medications they are delivering not chocolates. Very disappointed by this Tata brand. 😤😤😤

Yes, going to buy medicines has become easy with 1mg for me, though I feel they should provide more discount on every medicines. Because this is TATA now and we always feel wherever there is Tata we get best quality in less prices. Thanks Tata, with your name trust comes naturally.

While this app and back end service has been quite good. Everytime if we place an order for a medicine which requires doctors consultation, we expect at least 3 calls from different teams inside Tata1mg all stating the same information that we are processing your order and Doctor consultation has been booked. Can this be reduced to a single call just to make our experience and time more optimal? Thanks
