Aetna Better Health - Medicaid

So I would like to know, does this company care about its Medicaid recipients? The website doesn’t work you login, it tells you it’s been moved. Moved where, it doesn’t say, even Google AI can’t figure it out. So you think I’ll go to the app. The app is just as worse. I just want to see how much my son’s brain surgery would be just to inquire and I can’t get no answers. You are stuck in an infinite loop that you’ll never get out of, just like the backrooms. Then they respond back to reviews with the obligatory I’m sorry we’ll look into message. They do nothing. Interesting for a company that’s worth billions of dollars. If you have Aetna through your employer or you’re paying for it, of course the app and website will work but Medicaid I guess we’re not deserved of that type of assistance.

There’s nothing perfect in this world, but this so is soooooo much easier to use and more comprehensive than Aetna’s website. Plus, it’s so nice to be able to open the app and have instant access to everything I need. The old way required me to go online, open my browser, type in the website address, and type in my log-in details and then have to navigate through one of the worst websites I have ever been on. This here requires one tap and I’m on because I use Face ID. Even if I didn’t have Face ID I would just have to enter my 4 digit PIN number and voila I’m in!

Sometimes i can’t log in because it wants to to verify through captcha and the verification uses a computer based website clearly not meant for phones. Kinda silly for a phone, if it does that ( and it’s totally random on it it will or won’t) i simply can’t log in period and that is very irritating. Also I’m sure there is a comment below that says this exact same review so if i get a developer response saying you’ll work on feedback or something. If you don’t work on it, it makes your reply a bit hollow , I’m afraid
