Woohoo - Digital Gift Cards

I ordered 2 gift vouchers out of which, one processed and the 2nd one put on hold after debit the money from my account for Identity verification. Even after completing the Aadhaar based verification online, they were not delivered the gift vouchers. Followed up with customer support 4 times, but no action taken by the verification team. They kept the money on hold and for more than a day. Not reliable service and you may get embarrassed if you are committed to gift someone.

such a worst experience. It was my first order from woohoo. I was buying a gift card, I made payment using upi and payment was successful from bank. Till next one hour it was showing order in processing. After that it stopped showing my order everywhere. I didn’t get any message or mail regarding my order or payment from woohoo Then I called customer care and they told me that order canceled and you will get refund in 4-5 days but when I asked confirmation and order details they are saying to drop email. I requested to connect supervisor they told me that they will arrange a callback but woohoo Supervisor are nil bother about customer and they didn’t call me. Again I have to call customer care and again they wasted my time and didn’t connect me to supervisor. I dropped mail but no response

It’s a great app for all my gifting needs. They have all the gifting cards under one roof. Hassle free, convenient and fast, it’s the new and best way of gifting. Would highly recommend.
