Zingoy - Rewards & Cashback

I made my first purchase yesterday. Initially there were few hiccups with payment. But their WhatsApp support was super fast. Had a great experience and awesome saving. I will keep coming back.

The app sells used vouchers and do not refund the money for the same. They have too many criteria and using anyone of them they bypass I have lost 10,000 on this app. I purchased Myntra vouchers for 10,000 but that voucher never worked. when I raised the complaint Zingoy team said that they have taken an action against the seller, but they have not refunded my money. This is a fraud app.

The app is nothing but a gimmick. I bought 2 prepaid rupay cards and it has been a week, I am not able to activate it. It always throws error - “something went wrong”. The activation cannot be done on app. It redirects you to web page which is filled with buggy logic. It throws error for every action - click to fetch otp…error, click submit…error. I am stuck badly. No proper error mitigation from support even after reporting multiple times. DO NOT USE THIS APP
