I speak this to the person that needs it, find your help elsewhere, this app is a waste of your time. It really is amazing that someone can send a message opening themselves up to another person known as a “professional” in a “mental health app. You’ll never get a response. Not exaggerating here, quite literally waited over a week for a response on something and STILL heard nothing back. The response time was so bad that it made me feel I need to write a review to let others know, don’t even waste the bandwidth downloading this app!

Funny, how this app is only available or is exclusive only to those who have anxiety and depression that is bearable enough to allow them to work. The people that are lucky. I'm only 33, but I'm about to start the application process for disability, because I'm not one of those lucky people. So, in all honesty, apparently, those who really need this app and could really benefit from it, are the ones who are deemed unworthy enough to try it. Good job, Waybackward. You've managed to make me feel worse about myself when I didn't think it was possible. 👏

I was a user back in the ground floor of 2015, beta testing this app. I was given free reign of the app and I liked it for what it was. Now I’m hearing all the exciting new features! But my phone was wiped and I cannot access it, and neither the website “how can we help you form” or extensive googling for a phone number has yielded any results. If this is how they treat their non-commercial customers I am disappointed. All I wanted to do was get access back to my app and am ignored. Hope nobody has any technical or other problems.
