I’ve been searching for wellness content for my business, and Caravan has consistently delivered engaging, high-quality videos to fit our wellness niche and serve our employees. It’s a great resource for businesses to provide for employees, and the app is super convenient and easy to navigate. Highly recommend if you are looking to provide employee wellbeing resources!

This is the only app that l found dedicated for busy people who rarely has enough time to complete the exercises. The problems for most other apps or programs are ,they usually require whole block of time to finish the workout, which lead to failure half way down the program, especially when I had a tough day and got home very late. The caravan app has lots of workouts only takes about 10min, which is a safer when I has a tight schedule and wanted to keep up with my routine every single day. The reason why I call it a full package app is that not only it has workouts for yoga, pilates, cardio etc, but also helps to meditate. The app can help you to build a good habit to take care yourself both physically and mentally. Really good app!

I wish I could do yoga more often, but with my busy schedule it's hard for me to find time to make it to a studio. This app is great for squeezing in a quick session when I have a little downtime at home! I usually watch and follow one of Veronica's videos before having to run to work. I like how there's also meditation videos in addition to all the great yoga content. Highly recommended if you want to make your day more efficient!
