Warped Kart Racers

I just got this game and I already love it, but when playing the “League” mode in single player, I was playing elimination where there is a timer (usually is for 10-15 seconds) and whenever the timer reaches 0, the person in last is eliminated and taken out of the race, so the goal is to be the last one alive. I was in first, but then the game seemed to be glitching out because you can see player’s/bot’s icons of their characters on the minimap. So it showed that somebody was driving on the track, but on the leaderboard it said they were eliminated. So I just assume that the leaderboard is wrong and at the end of the timer they will actually be eliminated. I was wrong, and the timer would just restart every time it ended. The timer restarted multiple times until the person in second place passed me and as soon as this happened, I was instantly eliminated. Another glitch that happened during this was at the end, when it shows the full leaderboard of everybody who died and who survived, apparently the person in sixth place apparently survived even though it I’m sure I didn’t see them driving on the minimap.

This game's drift mechanics and mario kart style racing makes it extremely fun and addicting. Would love to see the addition of more adult swim favorites to the collection of characters this game holds. Notable mentions would be the Smith's from Rick and Morty, The Planet Express crew from Futurama as well as the Brown's from the Cleveland Show. Would also love to see more cosmetics added for characters as the game's life cycle continues. Adding micro transactions or more unlockable skins/characters would definitely only improve this game. There is a bug that essentially crashes your game. In online matches, specifically tournaments, after one of your events your screen will freeze on the points menu or even at times will freeze before the start of your race and in rare cases directly after the race on the time/placement menu. All criticism aside this game has potential and if a similar game came out on console I think it'd fair very well against other racing games. *EDIT- Luanne is also the only character who has no voice lines

If you’ve never played mario kart in your life you would think this is the best game in the world! Coming from Mario Kart (I know its not suppose to be the same exact gameplay), like a lot other reviews say devs need to add a gyro feature (be able to tilt your phone for steering and work on the touch steering a bit more. This is mostly a cartoon drifting game and at times the touch steering I am trying to go left and goes right all the time. I wish there was a way you can throw certain items backwards (drunken clam and sheldon for example). I gave it a three star because there are certain characters that don’t talk at all either its a bug or devs forgot to pay royalties to the voice actors. I know three stars for a bug in the game? I know its little things that bother me as a player the whole point is to race with your favorite characters and so you can hear them say their famous lines but how can they do that if they are just quiet. I want to know the future of this game or its just one of those games were its going to stay as it is or going to be pay to play one day. I wish the karts and wheels had like certain ability to them at this point they are mostly for cosmetic nothing special. I would recommend playing this game though after some bugs get fixed if you dont mind cerain characters not talking at all. This is coming from a guy that has almost completed the game from beginner to pro level. I want to see how the devs progress this game but be warned the trend these days are releasing battle passes, season passes or some other tactic to earn money which is fine unless it gives a huge advantage to those who dont have money to spend on a free game.
