How can an app be so hard to fix and so frustrating? I’ve been unable to make online payments and been stuck at store checkouts because I needed to go into card control to make adjustments. Can you imagine being stranded at checkout with over $100 worth of groceries, with a line of disgruntled and impatient customers waiting behind you while the cashier waits (also impatiently). One time I had to go to the in-store ATM and withdraw funds. Another time I again had to ask to put my cart to the side while I drove down the road to a Vystar bank, make a withdrawal, drive back to the store, and go through the checkout stand again. This is by far not the only frustrating experiences I’ve had because of lack of fluency between my accounts and this app. And it’s been this way…how long? For what it’s worth I implore you to PLEASE fix it once and for all. I’ve otherwise always been very pleased with Vystar banking. Been with them over 20 years. But I’ve been a nervous wreck holding my breath too many times with this app. It could be a game changer.
i understand that every app needs time for maintenance, but i’ve never had more issues with an app so important. this is mobile banking, something people need immediate access to on a constant basis. when this app undergoes maintenance periods, they last a strangely long time. like, what do you mean i can’t access my accounts, my transaction history, or my deposits for the Majority of the day? many, many hours. that’s kind of unacceptable. people may need to check their balance for time sensitive and very important matters, so blocking them from viewing these things as well as blocking them from making necessary transfers and deposits is asinine. go ahead and fix your app, but please don’t take away all access to it for all of its users for such a ridiculous amount of time while you do. i have never encountered such a problem so often.
I’ve had the app for several months (maybe a year?), and originally it was a stand alone app. I had the mobile banking app and now this card control app side by side on my phone. It was nice that whenever there was activity on my card, I would get a notice and all I needed to do was tap on the app, use my fingerprint and I had immediate access to what was going on with my card. Straight and to the point. However... After this new update, the app button is only for looks. If you click on it, it tells you to log on to mobile banking. So you click on mobile banking and it opens the card control app. Why must you have a separate app that is not stand alone ? Why not have it built in to the mobile banking app? Why create a separate app that can’t be accessed by itself? That’s how it was originally. Very frustrating. I do like it’s functionality when inside. Spending limits, card shut-off, near instant notices of activity and control of multiple cards. It’s been very helpful. I just wish I didn’t have to access one app to access another app to see what’s goin on. Very redundant. I did already email my concerns to the address I’ve seen on other posts and they said that they could answer questions and they would call me during my lunch break (which they did, A+ for promptness). They just explained that update forces you to login to the regular VyStar app first, every time now. That it was supposed to do that originally and the update fixed the bug of it being stand alone. I explained my frustrations and the representative said she would pass them on to the development team. Hopefully the unfix the fix. .
