I have had this account and app for about 12 years. Though the banking part of it could use some help, the App has ALWAYS been reliable, fast and accurate. Like any app there are times here and there where it’s a little slow or may lag, but that may be my phone carrier or the signal strength wherever I am vs being the apps fault. All in all the SMI one app is a great app, easy and reliable. Thanks to the people that work hard behind the scenes to make sure we as the consumers have a seamless and pleasant experience every time we open the app.

If I could give zero stars I would! This app continuously logs you out after setting up biometric login, and then tells you your password is incorrect when try to manually enter it. For example, I ended up having to change my password AGAIN today. I saved the password, AGAIN, and setup face recognition sign in, AGAIN. I logged in and checked my balance with zero issue after changing the password. I got a notification of a withdrawal just an hour or so later so I go in to check it and as usual, AGAIN, it has changed the auto sign in and now asking for my password again. Fine, no problem, I just changed the password to the exact same password I use for everything, so I enter it and no shock at all “invalid password”!! I’ll be removing all direct deposits from this card and will never use this app again. Absolutely horrific. Not one single other app on my phone has this issue except for THIS ONE, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled it 3 times and still the same problem. It does this on my husbands phone as well leaving us constantly having to go in and “forgot my password” just to login. I also save the passwords in my notes so I can confirm it’s correct as well, so I know it’s the app. Such a waste of time!!

I would DEFINITELY recommend this app to anybody who uses SMIONE! It's quick and easy to use. I love that there's an app now! It's so much easier than having to log in on the website. I used to hate having to prove that I wasn't a robot by looking at a bunch of pictures of street signs and cars and stuff every single time I logged in - it took forever! Now that there's an app, it's so much quicker and easier! I get notifications instantly about any transaction made, which is great because it helps me keep track of exactly how much is on the card. Updating info or changing settings is super easy and quick, too! I just wish the payments didn't take two days to process and finally hit the account; although I think that has more to do with me living in Florida and where the bank SMIONE uses is located. But I love the app. It's really quick and simple. I know it's something very minute, but it really is the little things that make people happy. Lol
