Me and my husband have been banking with addition for over 25 years & We do not know how to use a computer. We are very thankful for the staff at the addition thanks and this app our daughter helped us get the app on the phone and it is a lifesaver. We used to call Mat Phone all the time for balances and this makes life so much easier for us thank you bravo. There’s a lot that we could learn on the app and we plan to go in and sit to find out how to do auto pay with our bills soon. Thank you for the app and great staff that we have here in Claremont they always make the time for us and they know that we use our daughter’s email because that’s the only way we know how to do things so they’re very patient with us.

AdditionFi Mobile has been significantly improved since I last reviewed it in May 2019. The mobile deposit feature now works, the user interface has been improved. I also found out how to log in with my fingerprint/face (from the Profile menu option if I recall correctly), so this is a 5-star app! The only thing I'd improve is the amount of horizontal space occupied by the external accounts page, since scrolling horizontally can cause the menu to open.

I don’t have a branch in the city that I moved to so this app saves me about a half hour drive to deposit checks. It would be good if more employees understood the app. I did not like the idea of installing this app on my phone, wanted to install it on my laptop. Eventually found out that’s not possible. It was not clear to anyone I spoke with initially that the option to do a mobile deposit was only available on the app., but not the website. Also, I made a mistake when inputting the amount of a check. Realized it immediately after the deposit was accepted, everything else was right. The only way to fix any deposit mistake is by going in person to a branch. Seems to me simple obvious mistakes should be fixable via phone call or the app should allow you to delete or fix it.
