Such an easy way to deposit checks when direct deposit is not available. We live 45 minutes from a branch and this is so convenient! I love it! My only suggestion would be that some of the funds be made available at the time of the deposit. Loyal customer, Eddie and Kathy Weekley

I looked at the development history. No business should roll out their app starting at version 0.3. It gives the impression that we’re using a beta version. For the last 12 months, every update description has been the same, “bug fixes, performance and stability enhancements “. You’re a banking institution. The software should be stable by now. The app is decent and seems adequate for basic functions but when will we see new or improved features? For instance, the check deposit process. It’s too many steps compared to other banking apps.

Ameris please genuinely listen to your customers instead of responding with the same canned statement to every single one of them. We all want the notifications option for every transaction so why can’t you bring it back? That’s a very helpful feature and if you are indeed “striving” then it should make a difference to give us what is helpful. Honestly my middle school students could design a more useful app than the new one. The poor design is enough for me to close my account and take my business elsewhere. And if you can’t respond with an individual statement or without referring to Customer “Service” then I don’t need to hear from you. I’ll just change banks.
