1) App way to often has to be deleted and reinstalled due to login fails to work. 2) App biometric verification fails way too many times and when that happen the regular login fails to work like it should even when the biometric login option is shutdown. 3) Transferring to a different institution that has a better and more reliable mobile app because Ameris Corporate Executives are more interested in making money off their customers than working in an equal partnership with their customers for a more convenient and friendly business relationship. Ameris rather hit them with fees and create new fees to apply to customers and in my opinion, sort of cheat customers out of money so they can get their bonuses.

I looked at the development history. No business should roll out their app starting at version 0.3. It gives the impression that we’re using a beta version. For the last 12 months, every update description has been the same, “bug fixes, performance and stability enhancements “. You’re a banking institution. The software should be stable by now.
