Bought 2 cameras for vacation home over 2 years and until recently I was pleased with the image quality and reliability especially for the price. However they recently pushed without my permission a change in the app which inserts an advertisement when it it opened. So now when I get a notification from one of the cameras and open the app to check things out I now have to navigate past an ad! Not something you want to waste your time doing when responding to a notification where time is of the essence should your house be getting broken into! This is not some free game with ads- I bought these cameras and now after 2 years they decide they want to generate more income from me via ads! I tried reaching out to Victure 2 times seeking info on how to disable the ads but they totally blew me off and did not respond. I am going to replace their cameras to solve this intrusion with another brand and I suggest others to not buy their products or do the same if getting ads pushed.

Like all of the other reviews, this camera was really good for about two months and then the app just stops working. I go out of town a good bit and got this camera for security and keep an eye on my pets. Two months after I set it up AND paid for a year subscription for the playback, the app stops working. It keeps loading but never will pull up live view and all playback’s say “Recording Not Found” but will still give you notifications of motion or sound. I really liked this in the beginning but it’s just junk now and a waste of money. Support is a complete joke because nobody will reach out to help and the FAQ they have had nothing to do with common issues. Go get your money back if you can and buy a legitimate camera that is reliable and has a better support team. RING is a much better product and company!

We use this camera as our baby monitor. Was working GREAT at first. I keep the app running all night long so I can see and hear our daughter. At first I started to loose sound. I logged in on a different device and there was still sound. So all I had to do was unplug and plug back in, the camera itself. Now, we are 4 months in and there is VERY bad buffering on the live stream. Nothing is different than when we first started using it. It will send the live stream perfect for maybe an hour or so, then it starts to buffer very bad, to the point all feedback just stops. I have to completely shut down the app and restart it to get it playing again. But it’s just a cycle of buffering and restarting the app. I’m not sure if this is a camera issue or an app issue, but it does this on all of our devices we have tried it on. I’m not thrilled, and I certainly don’t feel 100% safe with our baby not having an eye on her like I should.
