The quality of the picture is great. The sound needs a lot of improvement. It’s somewhat clear but hard to make out what is being said most of the time. A constant low humming sound is continuous. PTZ motion tracking often finds itself facing walls and never relocates object. Have tried numerous times to get in touch with customer support to no avail. The customer service number that you see from the developer on these reviews go straight to a recording that no customer service agent is available… no matter what time you call. Paid for continuous recording and there are gaps all throughout the day. I probably get about 30 minutes to an hour of recording in a 24 hour period. The rest of the recordings are missing. Can’t get ahold of customer service so can’t get the issue fixed. Can’t get a refund on subscription because they don’t go through apple and instead make you purchase via their website for subscription even though apple is promoting it. Apple has told me there is nothing they can do since it’s not through them and they continue to let this app scam on their store. Highly recommend not spending your money on these cameras I really have nothing good to say other than the quality of the picture is great. Overall these cameras are a very generous D-

Cameras are decent quality and that’s about as good as it gets with these. The app is CONSTANTLY having issues. Every day, and throughout the day, my recordings skip (plays 5 seconds of video , skips 10 seconds and this continues for about 20 minutes at a time) or are missing small chunks of video (randomly missing 3-4 minutes of recording and this happens in a 2-3 hour span about 5-6 times). I’ve been able to get support to answer 1 time out of 6 emails and have some support tickets that have been opened for 5 months now and they refuse to answer. They told me it was my internet (and it wasn’t) so I upgraded my internet to the highest one to satisfy the needs of the camera and nothing changed. If anything changed it’s only gotten worse. These cameras do not work with any other apps, only theirs, and that means the camera is only as good as the app is. And that is horrible. Camera quality is 4/5 stars, app is 1/5 stars, and the customer service is 0/5 stars. And as I type this, the cloud service that I pay for is unavailable. This happens once or twice a month and all you can do is wait till it’s back up which could be tomorrow. Don’t let me forget, about once a week the controls on the app that love your camera left and right up and down all of a sudden stop working. You can’t move your camera. This goes on for a day or 2 until finally it works. I’ve sent them 3 emails via their support tickets and all 3 have been ignored. I’m sure there is more that I’ve missed.

We got this as a gift from our oldest daughter because we were using a very old baby monitor bought in 2002 to monitor our 18yr old severely autistic son. The baby monitor was terrible but it was all we had. We replaced the baby monitor with the blurams device and it works beautifully!! It works so well I bought 2 more cameras. It picks up every movement! It works so well that one day it notified me there was movement in my sons room & I knew he wasn’t home so I was terrified 😳 and when I looked on my phone it was the cat 😂 Another day it notified me there was movement and when I looked there was no one there, not even the cat but I noticed his bed sheet moving 😱 but then I realized the fan was blowing the sheets around 😂 It works a little too well, lol! I highly recommend this device! I’m using my extra ones to keep an eye on our dog when we’re not home & another for our detached tiny house. I am a regular consumer and was not paid to write this review.
