Improvement
Hi dev team, The pictures are loading soo slow! Make a better bandwidth server! Also, the new app UI ain’t too friendly, maybe ask the UI team to redesign some part, especially the special collections slides. If they can’t help, you might hire me.

Poorly designed for English speakers
When I opened the app to check on an order, I was prompted to upgrade the app. I did so. When I opened the updated app, everything was in Chinese with no way to view the pages in English. I can’t check on my order now or even log in! While making the purchase, the app was buggy and slow. Pages took a very long time to load. It is a pity, as the information and styling options provided for each item are good. It’s just a pain to navigate back and forth as it is so slow.
