Have been using this app for a while now but nothing much for a member since joined. Just an marketing app to keep users update for all latest offers and products. No collecting points etc and just once a blue moon provide discount voucher yet with minimum spending. We could always check Uniqlo website for latest info. App purchase with offers always less sizes available or no stock. Still have to go to retail to check the stock availability. What is the point of using the app to purchase and keep user updated about offers ? If you are a Uniqlo diehard fan then this is the app for you. This app is just another option for you to obtain latest info and nothing much exciting about the app. Personally still like Uniqlo. Overall the UI is great. Just need better benefits for members.
Was asked to give feedback on the app on products purchased. It was a horrible purchase experience and I left a one star review. The app went into error twice and I wasn’t able to submit the review. This did not happen when I gave high reviews of other products on the app. Coincidence? This was my review on the clock and collect purchase experience: I received the item first in store, only to found a small hole at the back later. After attempting the exchange in store, I was directed to email my request of exchange or refund as this was a click and collect purchase. I emailed and didn’t get any response for a couple days, decided to chat with the support on app and was happy to confirm I’ll receive an email once the replacement is ready to collect from the same outlet. After waiting a few days with no emails or notification on the app, I found out there were emails that went to the junk mail asking if I’d like to opt for an exchange or refund. It was a surprise, as I was told the exchange has been arranged. Later it was weeks of replying back and forth until the product was no longer available. The item went from available to out of stock, to another modal, then a different size and eventually a refund cause nothing was available. It was time consuming and disappointing as it was meant to be a Valentine’s Day gift.
First it kept asking for login when I’ve already logged in. After logging out, quitting, restarting device AND logging in multiple times, the app finally moved on from Checkout to Payment Method page. Upon choosing Credit Card payment for delivery, it’s stuck again with a System Error message asking me to retry or come back later. Retried a few times and still stuck! Obviously you don’t want customers to buy your goods...
