How does a massive company like GU release an app in HK with zero English support? It’s an official language in HK and after a year the app (which is mostly just the website) still has no English support? Absolutely crazy.

Slow and constantly logs me out
The app is slow, like super s…..l……o……w. And it constantly logs me out of my account without any reason, had to log in 4 times within 5 mins. Guess they don’t mind paying for all those SMS verification.
