I once helped an elder friend to reset password, only to find that I have to reset the phone setting first: From extra large text to normal text, before doing the reset procedure - otherwise the MOST IMPORTANT “ENTER” BUTTON would be GONE underneath the screen and no way to scroll down to press it 🙄🤯🤯🤯 How would the elders know if they are doing this all by themselves? Most of them don’t even know about how to set up the phone!

I've been the gold member for years and it's the first time I encounter such impolite clerk in 南山商場 store. I bought almost 50 dollars items after a run nearby, and when I said "I'm a member", the midage clerk didn't hear that and she didn't ask. Thus, I paid all the items without golden member privileges. Since that was only a TAP of octopus card, I asked if it could be restored. The other male clerk came out, both of them seemed really awkward and upset about my question. The middle age man said 算啦~~不如我地俾返你幾蚊, Meanwhile, neither of them made any efforts to pay the cash back to m, they just stare at each other and stared at me, waiting for me to resort the refund requirment. I did and I left, because you know what, a few pennies does not offset the impoliteness and the nonprofessional service.

As octopus card can registered into the apple pay, and cannot be use the physical card. How could I use the coupons? The same registered no. but the coupons can’t be detect. Please improve this function
