App is glitchy and randomly crashes. Requesting service is messy. There are many redundant choices in the app and lots of things that are not even on the property you can ask to get fixed for some reason. Roughly half of the time I request service it’s denied without someone even taking a look. Sometimes it takes weeks to just to get denied. Once I asked for a gutter over my patio because it’s clearly destroying the concrete and they responded with “we don’t do that here.” Even though both my neighbors on both sides of me have them .They don’t even care about their own property, how much do you think they care about your data and privacy ? The only reason UDR uses this app is to mine more data from its tenants then they could over the web.

I’m getting less impressed with the admin side of this company. Where a card is used for rent payment it’s an $8 service fee, no amount min or max. $8! That and the property parking doesn’t come with the apartment in a location where everyone has at least one vehicle, and that money is not spent on security! I get COVID, but I haven’t seen a security vehicle in months. MONTHS!! All everyone gets is emails about this and that (don’t do this and that, this and that is happening), hard to get anyone on the phone but you might get someone to answer texts a day later when it really counts. A millennial’s dream job? Hard as hell to manage, contactless at its finest. I’ll just leave it there...

The login that I use for the main web portal does not work on this app. I tried creating a new account with the same email I used for the web portal, and it displays information for an apartment that I lived in years ago, telling me that I should “cancel signing up” and contact someone to fix - So to the dev team, can you please fix this? Not just for me, but for all users with this issue. Seems to be that there wasn’t a proper migration plan in place. I don’t need any accounts merged, I just need to be able to log in with the same credentials I use for the web portal. With that said, I’m actually looking forward to this app once I’m able to use it! (Hoping before they shut down the web portal in 3 weeks, just received notice of that today).
