Xeal EV Charging

Honestly impressed with this charging platform. I originally had such a bad experience from my previous building’s chargers that I got rid of my EV. I thought my car was charged overnight but no. I had to miss my wife’s delivery and I can never get back the moment of my child’s birth. I’m in a new building with these chargers… I’m testing out an EV again. Now I never miss an event. Even if my phone is bugging out and I don’t have WiFi, my car is getting charged. How bout DAT!!!!!!!!?

Xeal chargers were recently installed in my parking garage at work. The first time I tried to use one, it didn't work. I suspected the poor internet connection in the basement garage might be the issue, so I contacted Xeal customer service via text through the app. To my surprise, they responded very quickly and informed me that internet connection is not required for charging. The next time I needed to charge my car, I followed one of their instructions: logging out of the app, restarting my phone, and logging back in. This time, the charging process went smoothly without any issues.

What a remarkable journey it has been! It all began with a challenging initial encounter in a brand-new condo building in Miami. However, the turnaround by Team Xeal is truly commendable and deserves recognition for their continuous progress. They have gone the extra mile by reaching out to me multiple times and helping to troubleshoot the app. Team Xeal has demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer care, enhancing the app's overall experience, and actively incorporating user feedback into their improvements.
