I have been living at Gateway Apartments for a few years now, and I am continually impressed by the exceptional service provided by Kristen. Anytime there is an issue with anything in my apartment or the surrounding area, Kristen always gives her hundred percent to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Her dedication and commitment to ensuring residents' satisfaction is truly commendable. Kristen is not just a valuable team member; she is a jewel. If you are looking for an apartment in a beautiful, peaceful, serene environment you need to come to the Bluffs! This is our second time leasing an apartment/home and our agent was Stephen. He is an admirable young man with an incredible voice I might add! He should be using it to make millions of dollars as an announcer! Steven is extremely professional and represents the Irvine Company with the utmost proficiency. He has the stature, sincerity, kindness and politeness of a royal, and he can also make you laugh! He took care of us through a crucial milestone in our 38 years of marriage when we were selling our family home of 33 years and downsizing. We were very stressed out with an escrow cancellation in the last week of escrow and then a new buyer extending the escrow closing four different times. Each time I came to talk to Steven he was understanding, patient and helpful. I made a blundering mistake at one point and changed our apartment there and he graciously forgave me and smoothed the transaction back to our original apartment and never made me feel embarrassed about it. He is just a young man, but he seems to have some worldly experience, no doubt due to the job and people he faces every day. So we would just like to thank him for all he did for us to get us settled here again in a place we can call home until we find our way again. Thank you Stephen you didnโt amazing job for us! This is the first time Iโm leaving a review for any app. As an iOS developer, Iโm distraught with how horrible this app was made. Views are pushing and popping in the wrong areas, data doesnโt update after app restarts, or even reinstalls. Notifications donโt clear in-app or on the home screen. User experience is backwards and upside down in every way, their overuse of web views (loading website into the app) is astoundingly overused and buggy, although this was likely a budget issue/requirement from the Irvine Company. Data does not save. Iโve updated my info several times (for some reason my phone number is completely incorrect across all of the Irvine Company systems and app, even though Iโve updated it with them in-person, and across all the said systems). Notifications come super late and itโs disconnected from the actual services they use (ie I will get a package delivered via Parcel Pending and wonโt get notified in the app until I call resident services to ask โwhere is my package? UPS said it was deliveredโ). Really disappointed in the overall quality, given the โluxury apartmentโ experience Iโm promised. It took smart developers to make beautiful apps 5 years ago, now it just takes someone/a company finding the right tools/team to create one for you.
