Bought tickets a couple of times- worked well. First time selling- very clunky, allowing offers but I can’t counter, only accept or reject, appears I can only see offers via email and login on web not on this app, yesterday I could not adjust prices, today I can?? Selling process should be much simpler
Great if the app is actually working. Lately I get errors or app shuts itself down every time I do anything.
Only filter by state or venue. Don’t need to see all concerts for entire state. Want my metro area. Open list screen doesn’t have city on artist and venue. Seems like fundamental user experience design was ignored. Hoping it gets better as appreciate the effort to keep tickets available at face value for genuine fans of artists.
