This is completely unnecessarily complicated. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t, sometimes you can see your tickets and then 24 hours later the tickets vanish l and you have to delete the app and reinstall it, which is ridiculous.
The whole AXS mobile ID versus ticket issue is not clear and overlaps and it’s probably creating problems for the soft
