The app doesn’t work, and is a completely unnecessary lair of headache for attending a simple event. It’s prohibitive for those who don’t have a smart phone, and no real reason given why a simple scan barcode isn’t good enough for tickets. An excuse for your information to be tracked and used for their datasets whilst giving you no alternative way to enter the venue. Surely this goes against data laws. Not impressed.
The app won’t send the verification email so I can get my tickets for a concert. And this is the only way I can access my tickets. 0/5 stars.
