Last night, I made my first purchase on the mobile app and ordered eight items. Today, I received an email saying that three of the items were out of stock and were refunded directly. Another item I bought was a Japanese milk tea, but they replaced it with a different brand without any communication at all. The brand they swapped in has a very high sugar content, which is not what I wanted. I’ve never seen service like this before. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to leave my email and name. I need to cancel the rest of the items that are showing as shipped. I originally made the purchase just to buy one particular item, and I added other items only to reach the $35 minimum. But the item I actually wanted was suddenly marked as unavailable and refunded without any explanation.

My first time bother writing bad review for app - it not only has $4.99 processing fee for each order, for the first time user, the discount can’t even cover delivery fee and processing fee altogether! What’s worse, they stopped delivering tomatoes says it could be not fresh or out-of-stock - bad management - when they refund, they deduct the proportion of the tomatoes price from the new user discount! That makes me feel customers are responsible for bad tomatoes! Cannot be more Ridiculous.
