T&T大統華 – Grocery & More

This is easily the most confusing and visually unappealing shopping app I’ve ever used. It’s hard to believe that one of Canada’s largest supermarket chains relies on such a poorly designed platform as its only interface. The font sizes are way too uniform, making it impossible to distinguish titles from key information. Everything is cluttered together, which makes navigating the app a total headache. If you need help with an order, the "Customer Service" button is hidden on a separate page instead of being located directly under the order details. A promotional pop-up forces itself on the screen every single time I open the app, and there is no "Don't show again" option. It’s incredibly frustrating. The only saving graces are the ability to add the loyalty card to Apple Wallet and the fact that the multi-language support is well-translated and consistent. You either need to completely redesign this app or scrap it altogether. Using it is honestly pure torture!

Needs dark mode

Slow to load, unreliable, crashes or logs itself out all the time. Very frustrating when standing in line trying to login again just to get the app to work. It’s shocking that T&T can manage to create such garbage in this day and age.
