I have placed an order on 14 August 2021 and the customer care is so pathetic they are just giving the tentative information for the delivery date of my order. Today is 17 August 2021 I have made kore than 10 calls to know the arrival date of my order this app customer care are just giving the excuses instead of telling the correct information about the delivery date. Don’t buy anything from this app. Poor customer care will hangup your call on your face. I have placed my order of refrigerator I think this app is a scam. They denied to refund money and no information about the delivery of the product.

My refund of money is the issue for the order not delivered and nowhere to go except this app which is not help file either to escalate it or to contact any one from the company. It is good for placing orders after that if you have any expected refund not made you have to complain nobody and our money is gone. I do not expect TATA cliq can do this with customers placing so much trust in brandcTATA

So far very good purchase experience with electronics and home appliances. Price wise I found this is best place. Only one challenges I faced return products (too much painful process). Some sellers are not sending quality products They need to work on sellers and display only qualified sellers in list.
