I am writing this with a heavy heart and immense anger. As a loyal, long-time Westside customer I never expected to be subjected to such traumatic, humiliating, and unprofessional behavior. Today, I was falsely accused of shoplifting. A store staff member had handed me a shopping bag to use, completely unaware that a loose security tag was already sitting inside it. I put a few clothes in the bag and went to the ladies trial room—where, shockingly, male staff members were present inside the trial area. No one stopped me or told me the bag wasn't allowed inside. Later, a female staff member asked for the item, and I handed it over immediately. Suddenly, another staff member claimed a security tag had been detached. I instantly told them, "If you suspect me, please check me right now." They stayed silent at that moment. Instead of handling their suspicion privately, they waited until I went downstairs to settle my bill. In front of a crowded store, the entire staff surrounded me, and accusing me and humiliating me in front of dozens of other customers. A female staff member then took me into a room and conducted an incredibly rough physical search, even aggressively checking my inner garments. I understand security is part of their job, but there is a protocol to follow. Disrespecting a customer, publicly shaming them without proof, and violating their personal space is unacceptable. I am deeply scarred by how I was treated for a mistake made by their own staff. I will never forget this embarrassment in my life , and I will never step foot into a Westside store again. Management needs to take strict action against the staff on duty today. I will never shop here again. Off late, on an iPhone, on tap of any of the categories section it throws an error - Oops We couldn’t find that collection. The behaviour has been so for 2 days now. Kindly fix it asap Additionally, the search results back navigation needs a fix. When a user searches for a product, the relevant product list is displayed. On tap of the product , product details page is displayed. Till here it works great. Now, tap back to return to the search list, the user is navigated back to the top of the list rather than to the same position of the last viewed product. This is not 2010 and impossible to achieve, kindly fix this basic behavior.

I love Westside and their products, but the app is a huge letdown. It constantly freezes, has poor loading times, and the UI is a mess. I can’t understand why this hasn’t been fixed. I’ve rarely written reviews, but this frustration pushed me to do so. Westside, please update your app ASAP. Additionally, I’ve received items with security tags still attached, forcing me to visit the store to have them removed. I shouldn’t have to do this for an online order. Especially when all I wanted was a smooth online contactless process. Overall, the app experience makes me prefer shopping in-store instead. I’ve never had any issues shopping in-store, but the app needs significant improvement. The UI needs a complete redesign, and the overall performance is lacking. Additionally, product packaging must be more carefully monitored to prevent security tags from being left on items. Very disappointed with this experience.
