I ordered pants a month ago and was so excited to get my order and waited and waited and waited but never got my order .. I complained several times and they asked me to wait for a few more days .. one day when I tracked my order I noticed that my order was undelivered because I was not available.. but the thing is I didn’t received any phone calls nor any text from the delivery person and I was at my house the whole day .. it gives you false information about your order .. when I complained about this they said that it will be redelivered but never received my order .. when I asked again after a few days they said that my order was damaged so it got returned :) Also I didn’t got my cash back :) this is a total scam .. don’t use this app you’ll get better apps than this one trust me ..

I am writing this to warn you about the ongoing fraud which is conducted on a large scale by the so called app named URBANIC FASHION
Once you purchase the product they send you the fraud product and once you return or ask for refund they make you same excuses that you’re product is in the warehouse.
Many consumers have raised their complaints on Google under Quora regarding their fraudulent behaviour.
