This app has quickly become one of my favorite apps, thanks to its sleek design and powerful features as I used to shop from the website very frequently. I appreciate the attention to detail and dedication to user satisfaction through its products but items selected for wishlist vanished every time we closed the app. It's truly a game-changer and a must-have app for anyone looking to improve their overall digital experience.

I am extremely disappointed with your service and will never recommend your company to anyone. You failed to provide all the necessary details, especially about your exchange policy. I ordered a pair of bottoms and wanted to exchange them for a bigger size, but I discovered there is no exchange policy. I then considered returning them and ordering a larger size, only to find out that returns are also not available for that item. What is a customer supposed to do in this situation? It feels like a complete waste of money, and now I'm stuck with bottoms that don't fit. The customer service executive I spoke with was also unhelpful. This has been the worst experience I've ever had, with no option to exchange or return the product. To make matters worse, you charge 100 INR just to process a return, and only after paying do customers find out if the product can be returned or not. If you have changed any policies, you should post them prominently on the front page of your website or app so that customers are informed. Unfortunately, you failed to mention these changes, leading to this bad experience. Now, I don't know what to do with these bottoms that don't fit.

Bad bad bad…. I will never recommend you guys to anyone as I felt that you guys haven’t provided all the details like you do not have any exchange policy now I have ordered a crop top so I wanted a bigger size but I saw there is no exchange policy and then I thought I will return it and order the larger size but unfortunately the return was also not available for that now what a customer can do in this it was waste of my money and what I will do with that top???
