I shared my personal details by logging into your app and when I found you did not reflect the many points from frequent purchases in M&S stores I got suspicious. I deleted my account. In between I spoke to arshad (sounded like) and he said Spark owns the app so who Is Spark? I thought I was downloading M&S, I presented my personal details as I do enjoy the store and for years have enjoyed privileges. When my previous points did not reflect I was afraid to stay online on the app. The phone conversation was neither helpful nor supportive telling me they are two different entities or accounts!!!!

Have been using the app for many years , whenever we are trying to place an order , after clicking checking out , the page goes to the address , payment info page and we can see that the page is loading and nothing happens after that . We have tried to place an order for more than 100 times and nothing happened. Lost the carted items many times and we had to pick it up again n again . There is no connectivity issues at our end . It had happened with our previous orders too .. we never had such issues with any other shopping apps . Most unprofessional app ..

I was quite skeptical about using the app and buying from M&S. I love the products which I get from the store, so seeing that there’s an app for me quite excited to buy things from the app as not everything is available in the store or maybe out of size. But seeing users give bad reviews got me a bit scared but the delivery was quick, received all the products, and didn’t have any trouble with returning the ones that didn’t fit and got the refund within the same day, immediately in fact. I’m quite satisfied with everything, looking forward to shopping more and I hope others give it shot as well.
