TadaPal: Easy Weight Loss Pal

I like the app tada because it helps you reach your goals, one con about the app is that you have to pay if you want full access but anything else is perfect

This app has definitely helped me lose weight however, there is an issue when I do a quick add of food and put in the calories and macros. I have to re-put it in every single time like it will not save to the database, which is quite annoying and when you look up the item in the database, the food does not match the nutritional information online from the restaurant. I tend to eat the same things over and over again and so if I have to input it every single time I end up, just not using the app and just doing it one time and then not logging it in the following times because it’s too much of a hustle to look up the information every single time. If that could be fixed, then this would be definitely a five out of five.

I’ve been using this app and have actually lost weight on it steadily! Seeing my little person enjoy food with me helps me see my meals as nourishing and I love getting the compliments when I eat well, such as “I love the color!” The daily tasks to do lists have inspired me to do extra things throughout the day that enrich myself (wall sits or full body squats) I really like this app!!! I give 4 stars since I get a glitch to my home screen when I try to look at my past food logs in the profile tab- but that could be cuz my phone isn’t updated
