Most recent update completely broke the app, hangs on the initial loading screen forever. I have found a semi-functioning workout where you launch from the app store instead of the shortcut on your phone but its not 100%. Has been broken for several days, will probably be broken for years to come. This is without a doubt the worst sportsbook experience you could get anywhere, legal or otherwise, in every facet of what makes a mobile sportsbook. The lines are horrible, particularly on longer odds events, like PGA TOUR outrights. Live lines are rarely available, and are very inflexible. If you miss a listed game time by two seconds, and the start of the event isn’t for another ten minutes, the event is unavailable for anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour and you get cooked on the odds when the live line eventually comes out. the user experience is awful and unreliable. the design looks like an undergrad ios final project from 2009. and all of this for naught as its the only app available and will be for years to come in this corrupt state. RI is small enough to where you may as well drive to CT or MA or are even better off just driving straight into the ocean instead of having to try use this application. with all of the horrible things in the world, we try to seek even a sliver of solace and distraction by enjoying a sporting event wifh a little cash on the line, and are greeted by this absolute garbage. let me have my vices in peace. this is a spit in the face to us degenerates

People just don’t waste your time an money here on this app. I’m here to tell you that it’s a gamble on just opening up the app itself because it might load up then again it may just not open at all. Then when an if it does open this app is generated an designed in the worst way , everything is scattered around an un categorized; you’d spend hours trying to make a decent 3 leg parley 😖😞

Things are good sometimes, bad sometimes. For most of the last few months I couldn’t place a live NBA prop and when I called they said they were working on the issue. 2 months later, it was still an issue. Then finally when it seemed to be fixed, their “live bet countdown” went from 5 seconds to 45 seconds.. so by the time your bet was ready to go in, the odds would change and it would get rejected, and if the odds didn’t change.. well.. your bet would still get rejected around the 9 second mark. It made no sense that it would somehow take months to fix this issue. You could still bet regular moneylines live with no problem at all… but when you went to take a live prop there was multiple issues. And being that I am strictly a live prop better.. this was very aggravating. Especially because Bally’s has a monopoly on RI sports betting and you can’t use any other app while in the state of RI. So I lost out on thousands of dollars because props I wanted to take I couldn’t. Not sure if this truly effected other people or if because I was winning at about an 80% rate on my live props they decided to mess with my account. I would say it’s unlikely because it’s not like I was up 100,000$ but also it’s a small single state app so possibly they pay more attention to who’s winning and who’s losing as compared to a multi state app like FanDuel / Draftkings. Either way.. was really aggravating especially when calling and getting absolutely no assistance
