You will not get paid if you win. I chose not to listen to the countless reviews left before downloading and using this sportsbook. That was a major mistake. I assumed that the users before me either had issues with providing correct identification and that was the reason they encountered problems. I was very very wrong. I provided all the necessary documentation requested and after one or two transactions my withdrawals just started getting declined. When i reached out to the “customer service” team I was not given any real reason as to why. I was just told someone would reach out to me via email. That has not happened. I am begging you that if you have literally any other options as far as sportsbooks are concerned that you pursue them. You will NOT get any of your money out of this app. I appreciate the people who left reviews before if I had listened to them I would not be in the position. This is the first and only bad review I have felt compelled to write in my entire life. The customer service staff attempts to be helpful, but they cannot overcome the absence of integrity possessed by the company they work for. If you want action place the bet with your broke cousin and you would have a better chance of getting paid if you win.

They have my money kidnapped for weeks. Due to a phone number change I can’t receive login verification. Each customer service rep says they have limited resources and they will escalate the issue expect an email within 24-48 hours. It has been over 2 weeks. I have dealt probably close to ten customer service reps at this point tells me the same thing like they are robots. I have gotten so fed up I expressed I just want the menu out and I’ll gladly close the account and never look back. instead they deemed me an irresponsible gambler for demanding my money. Which is very far from the truth, creating another layer to this awful experience. Aside from the completely inept customer service the app lacks betting options and doesn’t compete with some of the other sportsbooks out there. Stay away!

I’ve been using the app for about 2 months now and haven’t had any issues. I’ve done live withdrawals at the Borgata that got approved in hours and only took 10-15 min to get my money at the cage.
