Spiritzone

Spiritzone was good once upon a time but now after things have opened up you’ll clearly find the difference. Spiritzone doesn’t have stock of much spirits and beers. Their app is super buggy and delivery time shown at time of booking is never on time. You have to wait for minimum 3 hours. Even speaking to their CS is of no use as the wine shop they dispatch the orders from are obviously acting up. Do they offer any discounts - No!

You’ll say that the delivery will happen today and then in the tracker, no where it says it will be delivered tomorrow. Worst communication process. Need to improve the process a lot better. And the refund doesn’t happen immediately. Why should we have to suffer for your mistake/fault? Why should we keep our money with you if you don’t meet our expectations. If it was COD and this happened, I would have understood it. But after taking the money, you can’t treat customers like this. And you think customer support team actually helps customers? Really? No they don’t. They don’t respond to our queries clearly. They don’t understand the problem. They just go on loop with their own statements which doesn’t help customer. Up your game to sustain.

Have ordered a few times since the app launched. Decent app in terms of the interface and ease of ordering but very unpredictable in terms of the price and delivery. Once you place the order you will get a call saying there’s a price difference you need to pay the difference at the time of delivery or pick up a lower price product. Once you agree to pay the difference, you need to sit tight and wait for the delivery guy to show up! My friendly neighbourhood liquor store wasn’t so bad delivering booze on the phone. Are we just over-complicating with less than optimal customer experience? Point to ponder over a drink!
