The app keeps closing
There seems to be a bug in the app that forces it to close when ever it is launched. Kindly look into it.

Not connecting!
Switched to the iPhone 16 Pro and now whenever I try to login, I’m told “connecting… please check your internet connection” Not sure if it’s an iOS 18 bug or a bug on the app, or a compatibility issue with iOS 18, but there’s no way for me to connect to spar app!

No reward points addition
I usually purchase from Spar’s HQ at Illupeju and for almost 2 years now (although they pretend to scan my barcode each time) no reward points are usually added. It’s been sitting at 163 points for ALMOST 2 years despite several purchases and scanning. Do better.
