Pls, try to make the pictures of items more viewable in such a way that when the pictures of the items are being clicked we can have a closer and steady view in a full picture form cause right now it keeps navigating on its own and I can’t have a steady gaze of what I want to order Also, pls try to be more elaborated on specifications of items such as pre-knowledge of size and dimensions L, W, H

I've had a good experience with CDcare in terms of their service and product delivery. The platform is user friendly, their payment plan is flexible, and they deliver what they promise, which makes it convenient and stress-free to own items over time. However, I believe their communication channel needs serious improvement It can be quite difficult to get timely responses or updates when needed. A more responsive and organized customer support system would definitely make the experience even better. Overall, solid service but room for improvement in customer engagement.

I ordered an item as a birthday present for my child, but I was sent a used product instead of the new one I purchased. I reported the issue and returned the item, but I’ve yet to receive any clear feedback on when I’ll get my replacement. Customer service has been unhelpful, unwilling to take responsibility, and often gives misleading information. They even miscount the payment timing, claiming 30 days is equivalent to 2 months. Very frustrating experience overall.
