Run from your life my bro and my sister I had a business with them I apply for the job and it was stated work and earn money so I go for it unfortunately I was told to pay 1k so I agree and pay and it was cool not knowing I never see shege so I want to give a trail again so I pay for another 1k so I was told I have to pay 3700 to continue the order so I pay so to get it done and have my profit now I never even submit order reach anywhere them don tell me to pay 11,500 again Na why I para for them sey where ago see am You can’t imagine how em dey curse me back to back on top my money Run from your life ooo don’t fall into victim

Avoid them if you love your life and your money. I repeat, avoid Konga if you love your money and peace of mind. They’re the biggest fraud ever. Best they’ll do, they’ll deliver you a fake/faulty or a totally wrong item, and even if you request for a return since you already paid for it (especially if it’s a costly item) it would take them over 4 Months and still won’t accept to retrieve that item(s) from you, you’ll call a million times a day, and keep getting the same response, “they’ll get back to you soon”. They’ll once in a blue moon send you a mail to know if you still want the item returned, but immediately you answer them yes, then you won’t hear from them again. Then after several months of no real response/contact from them, you’ll be left with no other option but be forced to using the wrong/fake items they delivered. I’m sharing this from my own experience. I was warned, but didn’t listen. Konga is a scam. Avoid them. Konga is a big scam.

I paid for an item and I saw something different and better than what I paid for, so I cancelled it immediately and order for the higher one, I pay on delivery for the new item and for the past one month, I am unable to get my money back from the app, Not able to use it to get another item nor my money back. This is absolutely wrong, there should be a way, people get back there money back and not just seeing money on the App wallet but unable to use it.
