The teleconsult is a life saver. I did not have time to sacrifice 2-3 hours for the sake of a 10-min office consultation. A 4-minute teleconsultation was fully sufficient.

I love the fact that I got to see a doctor from my own home (I’m too sick to leave my home), received instant advice, MC and medicines delivered to my home on the same day. The process was seamless and efficient!

This app is less than useless. After you go through the process of filling out your details, occasionally the app will crash and you have to start from the beginning. To make matters worse, sometimes the reception counter does not recognise the queue number and revert back to a number that they manually issue, making waiting time very long. Raffles Medica really need to get their act together. This app is not fit for purpose
