The app interface is badly designed, outdated and painfully slow. I am using iPhone with Apple Watch and chose HealthKit as my steps tracker. However it seems to pull the data from the phone instead of HealthKit which logs steps from my watch. This doesn’t allow my exercise and runs to clock to towards the National Steps Challange! Is there a reason for this? Or just another bad design?

The title says it all. It was alright for a couple of days then it just refuse to sync. Although it says sync successful but the number of steps doesn’t correspond to my Garmin app. Please solve this issue thanks.

Tough job supporting multiple platforms and devices. Backend support is great in ironing out issues. Just one request. Please increase time to redeem eVoucher for health points redemption to 5 minutes. Last year, many cashiers were stressed by the 3-minute constraint. Please help.
