I was informed that there will be notification but there wasn’t. For journeys which have been completed, the check queue option is still appearing. For the future journeys, the queue hardly moved despite waiting for an hour. Doubtful if the app is really reliable in accurately informing the patient the correct status. Med refill feature works perfectly and easy to use. Information from doc was immediately visible after the appointment. The step by step flow was easy to follow through.

The red dot notification alert is consistently shown on my app although I have cleared and read everything. It’s such an annoyance. I even delete and reinstall the NHG app and yet the red alert is still on the app. Would appreciate NHG fix this bug.

I got scheduled for appointment on 10 Sept after the first visit to the doctor. I made sure to on all notifications in both the app and my phone. No notifications received or anything and I just go in to double check on 8 Sept to see I missed an appointment for 5 SEPT!? I applied leave already for the appointment and the panic that I have to call in and hope they are willing to squeeze me in for 9 Sept. To the others, please regularly check your app for change in appointments. So troublesome. I thought I can trust the app.
