Had 1 time where it froze and had to start a new video which was terrifying. Luckily they accepted the 2 videos since I had moved nothing and started anew immediately after sending them an email about what happened. Instructions are easy to follow, and no issues besides that one hiccup.
The soberlink device was bigger and harder to carry around and be discrete w. This device is smaller but the daily use take too long and is very annoying. You have to check boxes before each test. The “warming up” is annoyingly long and the breathing component is oddly sensitive. Make this all quicker and more seamless, please. The whole process should take half as long at most.
It is easy to use, walks me step by step in how to collect my specimen. I love the convenience of being able to do drug testing in the comfort of my own home. I have been using this for about a year.
