Inspirations from Hazelden

I have had this app or emailed for 20 years. It seems like it is always spot on, and it has so many different varieties of books and meditations I thank all the authors that have put the effort into inspiring each and every one of us.

I’ve have this app for a few years now and I don’t check it regularly but when I do, it always has the inspiration I need for the day. I like that I can favorite some and go back to when I need the reminder.I’m 5 years sober and I am thankful for this app, the inspiration and that I can share them with others who need a lift. The words are relevant and powerful for anyone in any stage of their life.

Each and everyday I read Inspirations I am uplifted. The passages reach my innermost being and move me. It resonates to my core beliefs and values. Like the North Star pointing me in the right direction. I am refreshed and renewed as I breathe in the these truths about myself, about others, and about the world I live in.
