I have always loved Plum Goodness products, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I ordered the Vanilla Caramel Body Lotion, but it was missing from my package. Surprisingly, all the freebies were delivered, but the main product that I actually paid for was not included. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach customer support, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Every time I contact them, I’m told that my issue has been “escalated,” but there has been absolutely no update. I’ve been patient, polite, and cooperative throughout, but the customer service team has been unresponsive and unhelpful. They keep asking me to call again or send another email instead of providing a proper resolution. Initially, I agreed to an exchange. Later, I was even willing to return the order. I was also told that a refund could be processed if needed. However, nothing has happened. There has been no follow-up, no resolution, and now it’s becoming exhausting. As a working professional, I cannot keep calling customer support every day just to get an update. Most of the time, the helpline only says there’s a “high call volume,” and it’s nearly impossible to get through. At this point, I don’t want an exchange anymore—I simply want my refund. This issue has been dragged on for far too long. I’m genuinely a fan of Plum’s skincare products, but the customer service has completely let me down. A good product alone isn’t enough if customers are treated this way after a purchase. Unless this is resolved promptly, I won’t be ordering from Plum Goodness again.
I am using plum from last 4 years constantly without missing even a single day and it’s find it to be the best brand. It’s my favourite skin care brand and the green tea toner and vitamin c serum is the best in the market for oily skin. Plum lipstick is my favourite lipstick which is the perfect combination of matte and glossy look. It not only looks good but it smells good too. Overall I can just say I am writing this review as a loyal customer and I can say it’s the best brand I can ever suggest to anyone. Thank you plum for always giving the best products.
I’ve written a huge review before for the app and they deleted it. I’ll keep writing if they keep deleting. This is the worst app. I’ve previously used plum to order a lot of products. Recently I’ve used plum empty4good option and received 600 charms. These guys are so clever. Firstly, they wouldn’t let you use all charms at once. Secondly, if you used whatever the limit is, you cannot use any other offer/coupon available on the website. Now, I’ve bought plum, per your rule, we’ve sent the empties and received the charms. Now, what’s the connection between the charms and the coupons? Why can’t we use coupons if we apply charms? I think empties4good is just for namesake stunt and nothing else. Nonsense app. Never will buy products again from plum.
