I ordered a Pilgrim shampoo on 7 July and paid immediately. On 10 July I received a message that my order was cancelled. When I called customer service, they said delivery is not available in my pincode. This is completely unacceptable — why was my payment accepted and the order processed if you cannot deliver to my area? Your system clearly failed me and wasted my time. They now claim the refund is “processed” and will take 7 working days. What kind of business strategy is this? You accept payment for an order you cannot fulfill, cancel it without prior notice, and then tell customers to wait weeks for a refund that should be instant. Your ordering system is broken and your customer service is unhelpful.
Absolutely love Pilgrim! Finally a brand that actually cares about both their products and their customers. The quality of the products exceeded my expectations and I could genuinely see results after using them. Everything feels premium, effective, and worth the money. What impressed me even more was their customer service — fast replies, polite support, and they actually help instead of ignoring customers. That kind of professionalism is rare these days. One of the best skincare brands I’ve tried so far. Highly recommended to anyone looking for trustworthy products and a company that truly values its customers.
The products of Pilgrim India are very good. I praise their products. Their delivery system, parcel delivery system is very good. Within 2-3 days, the product is delivered. That is also good. But they don't help the customers. I give them a zero-star rating. Because they don't understand the problems of the customers. And secondly, they make the customers fool. By showing buy one get one free offers, they send only one order. That means they don't send free products. They send single products. And secondly, they show a happy one hour. In which they give 99 to any product. But when there is a payment time the payment is completed. They make the customers fool. And their calling system doesn't receive calls. And they don't respond to the SMS on email. They don't receive calls from customers.
