Pilates by Bryony

I truly cannot say enough good things about Pilates by Bryony. I have PCOS and have been navigating infertility, and I started incorporating these workouts into my routine as a way to support my body, regulate my nervous system, and create a more calming, intentional approach to movement. It has become such a special part of my routine. The workouts are incredible because they somehow manage to be both calming and genuinely challenging at the same time. I love Bryonys focus on classical Pilates with a contemporary feel, and especially how intentional everything is. You’re not rushing through movements just to finish a workout. There is such an emphasis on breath, control, form, and actually being present in your body and feeling each movement. And beyond the workouts, Pilates by Bryony has created an entire WORLD. Opening the app feels like stepping into this beautiful, chic, calming little universe, and their Instagram has that exact same feeling. Everything is so thoughtfully done and cohesive. It’s beautiful, feminine, calming, challenging, intentional, and truly everything I could want from a Pilates app. The monthly membership is 100% worth it, and I genuinely look forward to opening the app and moving my body. I could not recommend Pilates by Bryony more!

Bryony herself is a wonderful instructor; her voice is soothing, she give good cues to teach you along the way, and is very personable and motivating. I cannot say enough good things. Pilates itself has been a movement routine I fell in love with thanks to this app. I have done Pilates before in a studio but it didn’t stick. I am hyper mobile and like doing at home/on my own so I can really focus and do correctly. This app has made me stronger, more balanced in body mind and spirit. I started month to month but eventually made the commitment for the year, little did I know I was making a strong commitment to myself, I do this every morning. I love the challenges or finding my own. I utilize the download feature when leaving the country. Not to mention, everything Bryony does is gorgeous and aesthetically pleasing.

I listened to Bryonys interview on The Balanced Blonde podcast and was so drawn to her story and energy. The summer Pilates challenge just started and I jumped at the opportunity to sign up…I’m only three days in and can already feel such an incredible shift. These workouts are exactly what my body is craving. I had never done Pilates before and have always felt it intimidating but having heard her speak on her journey and then now having taken a few classes I can truly say there is no intimidation…only inspiration. If you’re on the fence I recommend listening to the podcast (ep. 312) to really understand and appreciate her passion. Thank you Bryony for sharing your gifts with the world.
