I’ve been lifting for years and have tried plenty of workout programs and apps, but Gravl has honestly been a game changer. The way it adapts each workout based on your performance is incredible. It pushes you when you’re ready and adjusts when you need it, so every workout feels productive. I’ve been using it to rebuild my strength while working around some shoulder and back issues, and it’s helped me make consistent progress without feeling like I’m guessing what to do next. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength, my physique, and my overall confidence in the gym. The interface is simple, easy to use, and keeps track of everything automatically, which lets me focus on training instead of planning workouts. If you’re looking for an app that takes the guesswork out of strength training and gives you a personalized program that actually works, I can’t recommend Gravl enough. It’s one of the best fitness investments I’ve made.
This app has been an absolute life changer for me. It’s straight forward with workouts without wanting to also track my food/calorie intake. Customizable for your gym which is super beneficial for someone who only has a squat rack and free weights Gravl allows you to select the exact equipment available to you and generates workouts using that equipment. As someone who took many years off this was super helpful to have workouts with instructions. Being able to track my progression on each exercise and easily see my previous weights/reps/sets allows me to better judge my next workout. Overall a very straight forward app for anyone looking to get back into the gym without all the extras bells and whistles of tracking your calories as well. I started with a free trial and ended up purchasing a year at a discount. I will gladly pay full price again for this app year after year as at 33 I look better than I did at 18. All thanks to Gravl.
I underestimated this app, so much I was using it as a back up to my main workout app and I purchased the app by accident but decided to keep it. So glad I did. This app is exactly everything I need. It has options for home gym vs commercial gyms and you can select the equipment you have at both places so it’s not recommending exercise for equipment you don’t have. I like that AI chooses my workout, I don’t care what body part I work, as long as I’m lifting. I don’t have to think about it. I also like that you can tell the app not to recommend exercises anymore. There are just exercises I’m not doing so I like the option of never seeing them again and only doing what I like. I appreciate the pause button because whether I’m at home or at the gym there will always be an interruption. Although you can add friends I like the no social option of not making friends on the app or having to like a post or comment on another. I am very busy and I just want to do my workout and go. No time to like and comment on OPW (other people’s workout). There are so many things to like about this app that I did not know or appreciate in the beginning so take some time to get to know it and how it works. I didn’t do that but so glad I stuck with it. It’s obvious the creators of the app are also users of the app and they thought of everything. I’m no longer using the app I switched from, this one has everything. I will be renewing my subscription.
