good app but sometimes the demonstration thing where it shows what muscles your working on disappear and just says what the work out name is also i keep randomly getting logged out but it’s okay because it is easy to sign back in other than that the app is really good you don’t really need a subscription like the other workout apps and i really like the idea of muscle rankings

I really love this app it keeps me going to go lift and it makes me get the energy to go lift. But I do have one problem that I wanna know how to fix. I’m 15 years old and I lift and I was wondering if I could personally tell the app that I’m 15, my weight, prs, and adding previous pictures of myself to currently to show my progression overtime so thank you! I appreciate it and I love the app!

It has transformed my workouts by giving me structure, progression tracking, and a deeper understanding of exercises and their techniques. The personalized routines make gym sessions feel intentional and effective. Solid 10/10. 🙏
