Have only been using the app a short time. Most has been useful although it would be good if the user was just able to type to enter information instead of drop down choice lists . Some of the language used is patronising and as for activity choices it discourages one from wanting to enter data . Those of us that are older and heavier are not necessarily doing aerobics for over an hr and feeling just awesome could help to make it more relevant to a wider group of users
The app was working well for 6 weeks then after the sixth week I went to log to enter my weekly dosage and it would allow me to open the app. I updated my iOS, turned my phone on and off, deleted the app, reinstalled it contacted help/support and nothing has been resolved. From this day I still can’t get in. I’m disappointed as I have lost all my data and I have no way in retrieving it.
Given there are non-diabetic uses for this pharmaceutical product the assumption that you MUST be diabetic was a wholly incorrect one. It’s slow and not responsive or intuitive, generally giving a user the impression that all diabetics must be mentally impaired. The app’s patronising and lame “personality” certainly targets a sub-optimal IQ. None of the information is fresh. It’s simpler and definitely quicker to read the instructions on the box.
